Grayson Wickham, PT, DPT, CSCS
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Wickham strives to optimize everything in life in an efficient manner, whether it be cognition, health, physical performance, nutrition, or happiness. This principle carries over to the care he delivers to his patients. He strives to provide patient-centered, evidence-based physical therapy that will not only help his patients get well as fast as possible, but also to put a smile on their face. He educates his patients on how, they too, can optimize their health. Dr. Wickham focuses and is a strong believer in proactive, preventive healthcare. "Let's optimize our body and movement now to maximize our full potential and decrease our risk for future injury."
Dr. Wickham graduated from one of the top physical therapy schools in the nation, the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is passionate about physical performance, maximizing mobility, and increasing pain-free functional movement. He has a diverse work history that includes working with professional athletes such as NFL players, MLB players, professional tennis players, and Crossfit athletes. He has extensive training with neurological conditions and has worked in numerous premier, research oriented hospitals around the country. He specializes in sports and orthopedic performance and injuries. Dr. Wickham has worked with people of all ages, movement/athletic backgrounds, and walks of life and believes strongly in Lux Physical Therapy and Performance's motto, "Everyone is an athlete. Life is a sport."
